Chesapeake Baysox News Release

BOWIE, Md. - The Bowie Baysox and the Eastern League of Professional Baseball Clubs announce today that Baysox outfielder Quincy Latimore has been named to the 2015 Eastern League Season Ending All-Star Team. The team is voted on by Eastern League managers and coaches, sportswriters, radio and television broadcasters and other members of the media.

Latimore has been one of the best power hitters in the Eastern League this season. He currently leads the Baysox with 16 home runs, 66 runs scored and he is second with 52 RBI. He also leads the Eastern League with 51 extra-base hits and is tied with teammate Mike Yastrzemski for second in the league with 29 doubles. Latimore also played in the Eastern League Mid-Season All-Star game as a replacement for Yastrzemski in his first season in the Orioles organization.
