Who: Players from the Rochester Americans and Knighthawks, team management and
dance Team members
What: Inaugural Casino Night
- Opportunity to talk to Amerks before final regular season game Sunday
- Chance to talk to Knighthawks about Saturday home game against Buffalo
Where: The Blue Cross Arena
When: Tuesday, April 5th - players available starting at 5:30 p.m.
(Event ends around 10:00 p.m.)
Why: Raise money for WEASE Cares and Camp Good Days and Special Times
Details:
The festivities will include professional athletes, cards, casino games, music, dinner and prizes. To register, please call (585) 454-5335, ext. 3039. You must be 21 years of age or older to register. For more information, go to amerks.com or Knighthawks.net.
One of the highlights of the Amerks and Knighthawks Casino Night is a Texas Hold'em Tournament with prizes to the Top 10 finishers. The tournament is limited to 100 players with an entry fee of $100. For $75 or $125 per couple, patrons can also play casino games with prizes being awarded to the Top 3 finishers. All entry fees include access to a buffet throughout the night and a raffle ticket to win prizes. The event also includes music by Uncle Plum lead singer Elvio Fernandes, a Chinese auction, 50/50 raffles and silent auction items. The Knighthawks/Amerks Charitable Foundation will share the net proceeds with WEASE Cares and Camp Good Days and Special Times.
