Kernels to Host Quad Cities, April 15-17, Due to River Flooding

Cedar Rapids, IA - The three-game series between the Cedar Rapids Kernels and Quad Cities River Bandits, originally scheduled for April 15-17 at Modern Woodman Park in Davenport, has been moved to Perfect Game Field at Veterans Memorial Stadium due to Mississippi River flooding.
All three games will start at 6:35 PM with the gates opening at 5:30 PM. General admission tickets will be $5 and available at the Kernels Ticket Office on Wednesday, April 10th and online at www.kernels.com on Thursday, April 11th.
Fans with tickets for the games in Quad Cities will be admitted free with their ticket in hand.
Quad Cities will be the home team for all three games and stadium concession stands will be open.
The games will still be broadcast on 1450 AM / 93.1 FM KMRY radio and online at www.kmryradio.com and www.kernels.com, however, games will NOT be available on MiLB.TV.
The Kernels are in the midst of a seven-game home stand that continues tonight at 6:35 PM vs. Kane County. Gates open at 5:30 PM and the current home stand continues through Sunday, April 14th.

Tickets may be purchased on-line at www.kernels.com, or by calling the Kernels Ticket Office at 896-7560. Ticket office hours are 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday.
