K-Wings Have Two Games this Week
November 5, 2013 - ECHL (ECHL)
Kalamazoo Wings News Release
Kalamazoo, MI- Fans of the Kalamazoo Wings will have two opportunities to watch their hometown team this week.
The K-Wings will continue their five-game home stand with the second-leg of the stand tomorrow, Wednesday, November 6th with a special 10:30 a.m. face-off versus the Wheeling Nailers during the annual Education Day presented by PNC Bank, RxOptical, Walgreens, Consumers Credit Union, Airzoo and Bronson Orthopedic & Sports Medicine.
Looking for a great deal on tickets for tomorrow's game, the K-Wings are offering a special price. For November 6th, adult tickets will only be $10, while kids (ages 12 and under) tickets are $4.
Wednesday morning will be the first of three meetings between the K-Wings and the Nailers. This will be Wheeling's only visit to Wings Stadium.
Kalamazoo will continue the week on Friday, November 8th with a 7:30 p.m. face-off versus the Cincinnati Cyclones on Word of Life and Scout Night. Cincinnati is the only undefeated team remaining in the ECHL. With a record of 6-0-0-0 (12 points), the Cyclones, who will conclude a five-game road swing on Friday, are just two victories shy of tying the 1994-95 Dayton Bombers and the 2001-02 Trenton Titans for the best to a season in ECHL history. This will be the second of 11 meetings between the teams. Kalamazoo is 0-0-0-1 versus Cincinnati, with the K-Wings dropping their first encounter 5-4 in shootout last Sunday.
Tickets for all 36 K-Wings home games are currently on sale at the Wings Stadium Ticket Office, all Ticketmaster locations, including www.ticketmaster.com or by calling (800) 745-3000. Ticket office hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturdays.
Regular season ticket prices for home games are $13 and $17.50 for adults and only $7 for kids ages 12 and under. The price for all K-Wings premium night games (all colored ice games and the New Year's Eve game) are just $1 more. Fans can save money by purchasing K-Wings single-game tickets in advance. Tickets purchased on the day of a game increase by $2 (adults only).
Fans that plan on attending multiple games can avoid service fees plus enjoy a discount from the single-game price by purchasing a 12, 24 or 36-game flexi-plan. These plans, along with full-season and group ticket packages may be ordered through the K-Wings Sales office by calling (269) 743-6011.
