Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League and the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League, today announced that forward Tyler Ruegsegger has been loaned by the Bears to the Royals. In a transaction previously completed, the Royals placed Julien Cayer on 21-Day Injured Reserve retroactive to October 26. Also, in separate transactions previously completed, forward Ian O'Connor was returned to Reading from the St. John's Ice Caps of the AHL, and he immediately was loaned to the Manchester Monarchs of the AHL.
