Josef Hrabal Recalled to Springfield

STOCKTON, Calif. - The Stockton Thunder, the proud ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Edmonton Oilers and American Hockey League's Springfield Falcons, announced the Oilers have recalled defenseman Josef Hrabal (RAW-bull) from the Thunder to Springfield.

Hrabal, 23, has skated in eight games for the Thunder this year, registering four assists and eight penalty minutes. An eighth round selection (248th overall) of the Oilers in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, Hrabal has added one assist in one AHL game with Springfield.

The Thunder return to play tonight against the Idaho Steelheads from Quest Arena, starting at 6:10 p.m. The game is available on radio at 1420 KSTN and for viewing on the internet for a $7 charge at http://www.stocktonthunder.com/ (courtesy of B2 Networks).
