He now resides in Bakersfield with his wife, Heather.

Paul Fernandes, ATC, 29, returns for his second season as the team's athletic trainer. Fernandes is employed by Terrio Physical Therapy and is assigned to the Condors for his primary duties. In the off- season he can be found at Terrio providing therapy and rehabilitation sessions. Terrio Physical Therapy has three locations in Bakersfield. Fernandes is a member of the Professional Hockey Athletic Training Society, PHAT, certified American Red Cross first aid and CPR, and is athletic trainer certified (ATC). Paul and his wife, Sarah, have two children, Alex, 4 and Katrina, 2, and are expecting a third child in March.

The Condors also have an entire medical support staff of local doctors and practitioners. Dr. Bruce Rimmer, from Complete Family Dentistry, serves as the team dentist, a role he has held since pro hockey's inception in Bakersfield. The Team Doctor is Emmanuel Strategos, MD, from the Strategos Medical Group.
