COLUMBIA 5 - Pensacola 4 (SO)

Jeff Miles netted two goals and one assists and Anthony Battaglia scored a goal and had two assists to lead the Inferno past the Ice Pilots 5-4. Luke Fulghum scored the tying goal in the third period. Todd Ford started in net stopping 39 of 43 shots on goal.

Friday, March 2

GWINNETT 4 - Inferno 3 (SO)

Jeff Miles, Owen Fussey and Luke Fulghum each scored for Columbia. The Inferno earned a point as they drop to the Gladiators 4-3 in a shootout. Todd Ford stopped 34 of 37 shots on goal.

Saturday, March 3 (OT)

COLUMBIA 2 - Florida 1

Jeff Miles scored the game-winning goal in overtime at the 3:51 mark. Bryson Busniuk had the other goal for the Inferno. Todd Ford earned the win stopping 34 of 35 shots on goal.

This is the eighth of 10 games this season between the Gladiators and Inferno. Gwinnett is currently in third place with 72 points (33-17-4-2) in the South Division. The Inferno won the last meeting in a shootout 4-3.

The Inferno is 5-1-0-1 against the Lynx this season. Augusta is in fourth place with 67 points (32-23-1-2) in the South Division. This is the eighth game against each other this year.

Friday, March 30th: Blaze's Birthday: First 1,000 fans through the doors will receive a Blaze bobblehead in honor of his birthday. Mascots will be all around the concourse and will appear in a mascot broomball game during the first intermission.
