Ice Pilots Raise Over $10,000 with Jersey Auctions

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots recently held three jersey auctions to help raise money for local charities. On February 28th, the Ice Pilots celebrated Fat Tuesday by wearing special Mardi Gras jerseys. During the game, fans had the opportunity to bid on each players jersey in a silent auction. Over $4,000 was raised through the auction. The proceeds from the Mardi Gras jersey auction went to the American Cancer Society.

On January 28th and March 3rd, the Ice Pilots honored the Military by wearing blue & gold military jerseys. A live auction was held after both games, with half the jerseys being auctioned at each game. The $6,000 raised in the Military jersey auction went to the Pensacola Community Fund.

For group tickets, season tickets and birthday parties, fans can call the Ice Pilots at 432-PUCK.
