Ice Pilots look for split tonight against Everblades

ESTERO, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots look for a split in their weekend series with the Florida Everblades when the two teams go head-to-head tonight (Saturday) at Germain Arena in Estero, FL at 6:30 pm central, 7:30 pm eastern.

The Ice Pilots played a determined game last night but dropped a 5-3 decision to the Everblades. The Blue and Gold rallies from a 3-0 deficit early in the second period and at times had the Everblades on the ropes but couldn't tie the game.

Rob Rankin, Sergei Ogorodnikov and Greg Watson netted goals for Pensacola. Michael Mole was solid in goal making some great saves. The Ice Pilots fired 37 shots in the game and had eight power play opportunities.
