Pensacola Ice Pilots News Release

PENSACOLA, FL - John Laliberte and Aaron Slattengren scored four goals each en route to a 9-1 win for the Augusta Lynx at the Pensacola Civic Center.

Augusta scored three goals in each period and took control of the game just 5:06 into the first period as Laliberte, Slattengren and Ryan Dingle found the back of the net. Konstantin Kalmikov scored the lone goal for the Ice Pilots with a nice feed from Chris Straube at 17:48 of the first period to cut the lead to 3-1.

However Laliberte and Slattengren each scored three times in the final two periods to send Augusta home with the victory.

John Daigneau replaced starting goaltender Mike Brodeur at the beginning of the third period.

Don't miss the hard hitting, exciting action, as the Ice Pilots' next home game is Friday, November 30 at 7:05 p.m. vs. South Carolina at the Civic Center. The first 500 fans receive a squirt bottle courtesy of ADT Security and following the game there will be an autograph session with the entire Ice Pilots team. 2007-2008 Season Tickets, Mini Plans, and Military Packages are still available through the Ice Pilots office.
