The Situation
The Grizzlies are currently 2-1-0-1 on their four-game home stand and look to finish strong Wednesday as they head to Ontario to start a stretch of 18 of 25 games on the road to finish the season.
Past Records
Utah is 4-2 this season against Bakersfield and 6-2-0-1 all-time in Ontario. The Grizzlies are 5-1-0-2 at home this year on games played Monday-Thursday.
Shoots And Scores
Mitch Wahl, leads the ECHL with a goal in five-straight games entering the week. He has six goals and one assist during this stretch that has seen him score six goals on 25 shots. He has scored a goal in nine of 11 games in a Grizzlies uniform this year and Utah is 6-2-0-1 when he does score.
Four-Plus
Utah has scored four or more goals in four of their last eight games, which is their most offensive stretch of the season. The Grizzlies are 9-1-0-2 this year when scoring four goals or more.
Two For Turek
Ryan Turek had one goal and three assists for four points in this past weekend's games against Ontario for his first two multiple-point games of the year.
Falite
Kory Falite has one goal, two assists, a plus-two and 13 shots on goal in three games since being acquired from Florida. Saturday, he had one goal, one assist and eight shots on goal.
Wednesday
Utah hosts Bakersfield Wednesday at 7 p.m. for a Wild $2 Wednesday with $2 Hot Dogs, Fries, Soft Drinks and Draft Beers. In addition, students who present ID, will receive $5 lower bowl tickets at the arena box office.
