Gwinnett's Ustrnul Suspended Seven Games

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced on Tuesday that it has suspended Gwinnett defenseman Libor Ustrnul for seven games as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #952 against Charlotte on April 2.

At 18:47 of the third period, Ustrnul was assessed a match penalty under Rule 52(a) - Deliberate Injury of Opponent.

Ustrnul is suspended seven games under Rule 33A Supplemental Discipline.

Ustrnul missed Gwinnett's game at Pee Dee (Apr. 3) and will miss Gwinnett's games vs. Charlotte (Apr. 5), vs. Augusta (Apr. 8) and at Augusta (Apr. 9) as well as Gwinnett's first three games in the Kelly Cup Playoffs.
