Grrrowl roster sees additional moves

GREENVILLE, SC – The Greenville Grrrowl of the ECHL, proud affiliates of the Chicago Blackhawks and Edmonton Oilers have announced that ED CARON (F) has been activated from the injured reserve list and will be in uniform tonight when the Grrrowl travel to Columbia. Caron was injured in a game at Gwinnett on December 3rd, and has missed 18 games. Through the first 18 games on the season, Caron has totaled 10 points (3G, 7A), and leads ECHL rookies in shooting percentage at .212, and is 5th in the overall league ranks. Caron is the property of the Edmonton Oliers organization and was assigned to the Grrrowl at the start of the 2004-05 season.

J.F. PLOURDE (F) has been added to the 7-day injured reserve list as of January 16, 2005. He suffered an injury during a game against Columbia on January 8th. Through the first 28 games, J.F. has totaled 11 points (4G, 7A). Plourde is the property of the Edmonton Oliers organization and was assigned to the Grrrowl at the start of the 2004-05 season.

The Grrrowl finish a three-game road trip on Tuesday night (1/18) in Columbia (7:30pm). Greenville tied for third place in the division with Columbia with 39 points.
