West Valley City Utah - The Utah Grizzlies scored four goals in the third period to erase a 2-0 deficit and defeat the Ontario Reign 4-2 Saturday night at Maverik Center before 5,655 fans.

The team raised $15,376 in their post-game specialty jersey auction for the Angel's Hands Foundation.

Despite being level at 22 on the shot board, Utah trailed 2-0 after 40 minutes.

The Grizzlies started the third period scoring 3:30 into the frame as Michael Pelech won a face-off and then raced to the front of the net as he tipped home a Jacob Johnston blast with Myles Harvey picking up a helper as well.

Utah tied the contest on a shorthanded breakaway by Brent Gwidt with 6:40 left in regulation and then took their first lead of the night 48 seconds later as Alex Krushelnyski hacked in a Mathieu Aubin shot as Aubin left the penalty box and started a two-on-owe.

The Grizzlies made it 4-2 on another two-on-owe as H.T. Lenz scored his fourth goal of the season and third in four games with Barry Almeida drawing an assist.

ET Marcoux earned his first pro win in goal for Utah by stopping 26 of 28 shots.

The Grizzlies first Maverik Monday game of the year is Monday against Ontario at 7 p.m. Fans presenting their Maverik Adventure Club Card will get tickets buy one get one free.
