North Charleston, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays, celebrating 22 seasons of hockey in the Lowcountry, host the Greenville Road Warriors today at 3:05 p.m. on Kids Day and Crews Subaru Family Day at the North Charleston Coliseum. Today is the sixth of 14 meetings between to the two East-Division rivals this season.
Kids Day Value:
All kids tickets are $5 at the Coliseum Box Office and all kids meals are $5 on the concourse!
Series Breakdown:
The Stingrays and Road Warriors collided last Monday in Greenville, South Carolina with the Stingrays skating away with a 5-1 win. Forwards Joe Diamond and Jack Downing each scored two goals and an assist and defenseman Lee Moffie also added three points (one goal, two assists). Head-to-head, the Stingrays hold a 2-1-0-2 record against the Road Warriors this season.
Paving the Way:
Forward Cody Sylvester (two goals, three assists) and Moffie (one goal, four assists) are tied for the team lead against the Road Warriors with five points each.
Heated Rivalry:
The Stingrays are 31-24-13 all-time against the Road Warriors. Greenville is celebrating their fifth anniversary in the Upstate this season.

The Stingrays continue their five-game homestand on Saturday, November 22 against the Orlando Solar Bears at 7:05 p.m. on the 5th Annual Hockey Heroes for Epilepsy Night at the North Charleston Coliseum! The Stingrays players will wear exclusive one-night only purple HH4E jerseys and host a live postgame auction benefiting the South Carolina Advocates for Epilepsy (S.A.F.E.).
