
Grizzlies Host Playoff Games Tuesday, Wednesday

West Valley City, Utah - The Utah Grizzlies will open the 2011 Kelly Cup playoffs Tuesday and Wednesday at Maverik Center. Face-off both nights is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
Playoff tickets are currently on sale at the Maverik Center box office. Utah completes the regular season tonight at 7:05 p.m. with Bakersfield.
Tuesday is a Jumping Jack Cash 2-For-1 Tuesday with select lower bowl tickets buy-one-get-one-free. Wednesday is a Wild $2 Wednesday with $2 Hot Dogs, $2 Fries, $2 Soft Drinks and $2 Draft Beers, plus $5 student tickets.
The opponent for the 2-3 formatted best-of-five series will be determined after tonight's action. Utah does however know that they will face the Bakersfield Condors or the Stockton Thunder in the first round. The playoff appearance is the fourth-straight for Utah and the fifth in their last six years.
Utah will play Bakersfield if:
-The Grizzlies win tonight in regulation and Stockton defeats Las Vegas at Orleans Arena.
-Utah is 6-4 against Bakersfield this season.
Utah will play Stockton if:
-Bakersfield beats Utah tonight or if the Condors lose in overtime or a shootout against Utah.
-Utah went 4-7 against Stockton.
