Versus Idaho This Weekend Utah's home opening weekend versus Idaho will be Grizzlies forward Scott Burt's first opportunity to play against the Steelheads, whom he played seven seasons for and won two ECHL Kelly Cup Championships. Burt and Idaho divorced following the 2007 Kelly Cup Championship and the veteran forward defected to Utah.

Pink In The Rink The Grizzlies will host their annual "Pink in the Rink" game on Saturday. The Grizzlies will be wearing pink jerseys and playing on pink ice for the evening to raise money for breast cancer awareness and the Huntsman Cancer Foundation. A significant portion of the ticket price and all money raised from the post-game jersey auction will be donated to HCF.
