The game remained tied through the rest of regulation, and went to overtime. In the extra session, Las Vegas' Kelly Czuy scored a power-play goal at 3:28 to give the Wranglers the win.

Saturday, October 20 @ Bakersfield Condors 3 FALCONS 2 (OT)

For the second straight night, the Falcons earned a point for an overtime loss. Sean Venedam opened the scoring for Bakersfield with a power-play goal fourteen minutes into the first period. Fresno pulled even with a power-play goal of its own from Brett Hemingway eight minutes into the second period. The Condors went back ahead just before the end of the period when Kevin Truelson's desperation shot from his own end eluded Falcons' goaltender Kris Mayotte. The Falcons forced overtime with a shorthanded goal off of the stick of Brady Leisenring with 3:35 remaining in regulation. In overtime, Brett Lutes gathered in a loose puck just inside the Fresno zone, and beat Mayotte with a quick shot at 3:28 to give Bakersfield the win.
