The Situation

The Grizzlies hit the road for their only three road games in a 13-game span for Wednesday night action in Idaho that continues Friday in Stockton and Saturday in San Francisco.

3 of 4

The Grizzlies head out winners of three of their last four games.

4-Straight

Rylan Galiardi has a goal in four-straight games for Utah in five games played with the Grizzlies. Utah is 3-1 when Galliardi scores. Galliardi has scored Utah's first goal in three of the last four games.

Additional Scoring

Kris Hogg has three goals and one assist for four points in Utah's last six home games and is the team's second leading active goal scorer behind Galiardi.

The 3 Goaltenders

All 3 Utah goaltenders this season have spent time in the AHL and all three have recorded at least a win for Utah in Igor Bobkov, Aaron Dell and Ben Meisner. Utah goaltending has now allowed three goals or less through regulation in 9 of 11 games and two goals or less through regulation in six of 11 contests. Meisner earned his first win Monday, stopping 29 of 30 shots that he saw. Aaron Dell was loaned to the Los Angeles Kings AHL affiliate in Manchester on Friday.

First Periods

After giving up a first period goal to fall behind 1-0 in three-straight games, Utah hasn't allowed a first period goal in four-straight games. The Grizzlies are 3-1-0-1 this year when they score first.

On The Road

The Grizzlies are 0-3 on the road this season, having played eight of their first 11 contests at Maverik Center where they are 4-2-1-1.

The Trip

Utah meets Idaho for the second time this year, Stockton for the third time and San Francisco for the second time. Utah has played every team out west already but Alaska and Bakersfield.

A New Car

During the first intermission Monday, Grizzlies fan Brian Groves won a 2014 Nissan Altima from Tim Dahle Nissan as he fired a puck from the far blue line into a 3.5 inch slot in the goal on the other side of the ice 120 feet down to the opposite goal. The contest will continue during the first intermission of every Grizzlies game where 3 lucky fans will have a chance to shoot for a car and a free oil change from Tim Dahle Nissan.

On The Air

With a rare Friday night off on the 15th, Utah defenseman Channing Boe stopped by 1320 KFAN Friday evening for an extended chat with Monty and Gunther on "The Drive." Click here to listen to the conversation.
