Grizzlies Fall Friday To Stockton

West Valley City, Utah - The Stockton Thunder defeated the Utah Grizzlies 5-1 Friday night at the E-Center.

Despite Utah getting the first three shots of the game, Stockton regrouped and scored two first period goals to lead Utah 2-0 after one period.

In the second, Travis Rycroft scored for Utah making the score 2-1 at 2:02 with D.J. Jelitto adding an assist. 3:33 later, Stockton took the game over with three goals in less than nine minutes and 5-1 was the score at the second intermission and that would be the final.

Rycroft had a career-high seven shots in the game.

The Grizzlies and Stockton complete their three-game-in-three-night set tomorrow at 7:05 p.m. at the E-Center.
