Grizz Two-Game Winning Streak Ends

Las Vegas, Nevada - Trailing 1-0 entering the third period, the Utah Grizzlies were unable to rally past Las Vegas, falling 3-1 at the Orleans Arena Saturday night.

36 seconds after Las Vegas went up 2-0 in the third period, Matt Craig picked up a turnover and Barret Ehgoetz knocked in a rebound to make the score 2-1. However, the Wranglers countered 31 seconds later, reclaiming their 3-1 lead.

Utah was outshot 49-27 in the game, including 34-13 in the first two periods. Justin Eddy stopped 46 of 49 shots in the loss.

The Grizzlies are next in action Wednesday in Bakersfield, continuing their four-game road trip.
