Steve Ott Heading To Utah : The future of the Dallas Stars will get his professional start in Utah with the Grizzlies. Steve Ott was assigned to Utah on October 5 after a strong training camp with the Stars. Ott was Dallas' first round pick (25th overall) in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft. The 6-0, 180-pound forward had an impressive career at Windsor scoring 116 goals and adding 121 assists in 174 games. The Summerside, PEI native also registered 473 penalty minutes in his three years with the Spitfires.

106 Games Of NHL Experience Heading To Grizz: The Stars were sitting at 25 players on Sunday and had to get to 23 to start the season and unfortunately for Jon Sim and John Erskine they drew the short straws.
