
Goaltender Taylor Tabashniuk Signs with Rebels

RED DEER - The Red Deer Rebels today announced a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement for goaltender Taylor Tabashniuk.
Tabashniuk was selected by the Rebels in round six, 127th overall at the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft.
Playing this season for his hometown Regina Pat Canadians of the SMAAAHL, through 25 appearances he is tied for fourth in the league with 16 wins, is third with a 1.95 goals against average, is tied for second with four shutouts, and has a .909 save percentage.
Tabashniuk also backstopped the Pat Canadians to a pair of wins at the Circle K Classic in Calgary, posting a 1.50 goals against average, .943 save percentage and one shutout.
