Rochester Red Wings News Release

BUFFALO, NY - Brad Glenn hit a walk-off home run against Lester Oliveros in the bottom of the ninth inning as the Rochester Red Wings fell to the Buffalo Bisons 3-2 in front of over 13,000 fans Saturday night at Coca-Cola Field.

The home run was the first allowed by Oliveros (2-1) in 92 batters faced this season. It was Glenn's fifth long ball of the season.

Tommy Milone, reigning two-time International League Pitcher of the Week, surrendered a two-run homer to Dioner Navarro in the first inning but settled in nicely from that point on. Milone lasted 7.0 innings while giving up two runs on five hits and one walk with six strikeouts. His ERA climbed from 0.28 to 0.70.

Felix Doubront was good in his own right, matching Milone by yielding two runs over 7.0 innings on six hits and two walks while striking out five. The Red Wings (27-22) scored both their runs in the top of the second on a Jose Martinez single and a Doug Bernier RBI fielder's choice.

Former Wing Bobby Korecky (2-2) tossed a perfect ninth inning with a strikeout to earn the win for the Bisons (25-25).

Buffalo had just one at-bat in the game with a runner in scoring position but still found a way to end up on the right side of the scoreboard.
