Altoona Curve News Release
CURVE, Pa - The Altoona Curve wish to inform their fans that the gates for Sunday's 2:00 p.m. game vs. Harrisburg will open an extra half-hour early at 12:30 p.m. Season ticket holders will be able to enter the ballpark at 12:20 p.m.
The organization also wishes to inform fans about a new construction project on Frankstown Road that the Altoona Curve became aware of Friday evening. The construction has the potential of slowing traffic only AFTER the game is over. Traffic will be limited to one lane to those turning left on to Frankstown Road from Park Avenue and heading towards the Interstate 99 southbound on-ramp or Plank Road/Pleasant Valley Boulevard.
The Blair County Fire Police will be present to help fans navigate as smoothly and as safely as possible.
