Tonight

The Saskatoon Blades (14-12-1-0) head north on Highway 11 to open a home-and-home series against their closest rivals, the Prince Albert Raiders (11-13-1-1).

These two contests will wrap up first-half play of the 2021-22 regular season. It'll also be the third meeting of the campaign between the two foes, with the Raiders edging Saskatoon by scores of 5-1 (Nov. 5) and 5-2 (Nov. 6) earlier this season.

Saskatoon heads into the Art Hauser coming off a 6-0 loss to the Winnipeg ICE on Wednesday, one day after defeating the Moose Jaw Warriors by a 5-4 score in overtime on Tuesday.

The Raiders are coming off a 4-1 victory over the ICE on Tuesday - their second win against Winnipeg this season.

Who to Watch

Alternate captain Tristen Robins netted the overtime winner against the Moose Jaw Warriors on Tuesday night; his second goal in the extra frame this season. The San Jose Sharks prospect leads the team in game-winning goals with four, as well as assists with 21.

Draft-eligible forward Brandon Lisowsky struck three times in Moose Jaw on Tuesday, completing his first career hat-trick in the second period. The 2019 first-round selection heads into tonight's contest with six goals in the last five games, and sits second in goal-scored on the team with 15 this season.

Power-forward Jayden Wiens is one of three goal scorers against the Raiders this season, and has also rekindled his scoring touch as of late with three goals in his last five games. The Carrot River, SK product has seven markers on the season, matching his career-high from the 2019-20 campaign.
