LAST WEEK: Fresno went 2-0-0 last week, recording road wins over Stockton and Long Beach. The Falcons are 23-12-2 for 48 points and are tied with Bakersfield for first place in the Pacific Division.

Friday, January 19 @ Stockton FALCONS 4 Thunder 3

Fresno's three-game losing streak ended in dramatic fashion as the Falcons rallied from a 3-0 deficit to pick up a win at Stockton. Tyler Kindle tallied a shorthanded goal at the 17:30 mark of the second period to put the Falcons on the scoreboard. Luke Curtin notched a power-play goal at 12:20 of the third period to pull Fresno within one, and Brian McConnell scored the equalizer at 15:24. The Falcons went on the power play late in regulation, and John Wroblewski capped the rally, tipping home Curtin's shot from the point with just 16.4 seconds remaining.

Saturday, January 20 @ Long Beach FALCONS 3 Ice Dogs 0

Dave Borrelli scored a pair of goals, and Scott Stirling stopped all 31 shots he faced to record the Falcons' first shutout of the season, in Fresno's 3-0 win at Long Beach Arena. Brian McConnell broke a scoreless deadlock with his fourth goal of the season 15:03 into the second period, and Borrelli added a shorthanded goal in the final minute of the period to extend the lead to 2-0. Borrelli capped the scoring with his second goal of the night 8:07 into the final period.

THIS WEEK'S GAMES

Tuesday, January 23 vs. Long Beach 7:00 p.m.

The Falcons and Ice Dogs meet for the sixth of nine times this season, and for the second of four times in Fresno. The Falcons are 4-0-1 against the Ice Dogs this season, including a 4-2 win in the previous meeting at Save Mart Center on November 4. Long Beach is in fifth place of the Pacific Division with a record of 11-22-2 for 24 points.

PROMOTIONS: Two for Tuesday, presented by Carl's Jr., KMPH Fox 26, and KRZR 103.7. Fans can visit any area Carl's Jr. location and pick up a voucher allowing them to purchase one ticket at regular price and get a second ticket for free.

Wednesday, January 24 @ Bakersfield 7:00 p.m.

Fresno travels to Bakersfield to take on the Condors for the fifth of nine times this season. The Falcons are 1-2-1 against the Condors this season, and are 0-2-0 at Rabobank Arena. The Condors are 22-11-4 for 46 points and are tied with the Falcons for first place in the Pacific Division.

Friday, January 26 vs. Phoenix 7:30 p.m.

The Falcons take on the RoadRunners for the fifth of seven times this season. Fresno is 3-1-0 against Phoenix this season, and is 2-0-0 at home against the RoadRunners, who are tied for second place in the West Division with a 20-17-2 record for 42 points.

PROMOTIONS: The first 3,000 fans in attendance receive a free Falcons All Star Poster courtesy of Dumont Printing, ABC 30, and 95.7 The Fox. The posters feature the Falcons All Star representatives Luke Curtin, Ryan MacDonald, and Tom Walsh, and all three players will be signing autographs on the concourse following the game. Also following the game, fans are invited to join Falcons' players at Logan's Roadhouse, located at 7507 N. Blackstone Ave. for a post-game party. Friday's game also features the Falcons/Golden Valley Girl Scouts Council Cookie Rally. Friday is the first day that Girl Scout Cookies go on sale, and Girl Scouts will be at Save Mart Center taking orders. The Girl Scouts will also be participating in an on-ice parade during the first intermission.

Sunday, January 28 @ Las Vegas 5:05 p.m.

Fresno heads to Las Vegas for the first of back-to-back meetings against the Wranglers. The Falcons are 3-1-0 against the Wranglers this season, and recorded a 4-2 win on December 16 in the only prior meeting in Las Vegas this season. The Wranglers enter the week in third place of the Pacific Division, trailing Fresno and Bakersfield by just one point.

FALCONS NOTES

- Scott Stirling recorded his 15th career ECHL shutout on Saturday at Long Beach, tying him with Frederic Cloutier for fifth place in league history.

- The Falcons have scored a shorthanded goal in each of their last three games, and lead the ECHL with 16 shorthanded goals this season.

- Fresno is 6-1-1 in its last eight road games.

- Luke Curtin has 322 assists in his ECHL career, moving him into 16th place in league history.
