Freedom Return Home to Magical Series of Promotions

FLORENCE, KY - When the Florence Freedom return home on Sunday night for their first home series in the second half of the 2012 season, the magic of Walt Disney will await as they open a three game set against the Lake Erie Crushers.

Sunday night's 6:05pm game will include mouse ears, sing-a-longs and an unbelievable giveaway thanks to Walt Disney World and AAA Travel, as one family will leave with a 4 day/3 night trip for four to a deluxe Disney resort that includes a 3-park hopper pass.

Gates on Sunday open at 5:05pm and families will want to get to the ballpark early as the first 300 kids receive a free set of Mickey Mouse ears! The first 200 kids also receive a Mickey Mouse rice krispy treat!

The fun continues at the Home of the Florence Freedom on Monday morning as the Freedom celebrate Super Splash Day featuring a 40' inflatable water slide, over 1,000 water balloons and dozens of water guns!

The Freedom are extending a special ticket offer for moms to enjoy the day at the ballpark with their kids. Tickets for kids 12 and under are only $6.50, and with every four children's tickets purchased, two adults get in free!

Super Splash day begins when the gates open at 9:30am. Game time is scheduled for 11:05am.

Tuesday, the Freedom conclude their series against the Crushers with an NKY.com-Unity Tuesday. Northern Kentucky residents in the communities of Southgate, Taylor Mill, Wilder, Crescent Springs and Villa Hills can all receive a $2 discount on $10 reserve tickets purchased online, $3 of that ticket purchase will benefit two local Northern Kentucky charities.
