New cocession items added for second half of season

LOVES PARK, Ill. - The RiverHawks have added some great new food items at the concession stand at RiverHawks Stadium for the rest of the season!
The first and third base concession stands have added irish nachos, mounds of waffle fries topped with BBQ pulled pork, warm cheese sauce and a dollop of sour cream.
At the Lowe's Grill, the RiverHawks have added a meatball sandwich with meatballs simmered in marinara sauce with mozzarella cheese served on a French roll. Also new at the Lowe's Grill is the Rocko Cheese Steak with slices of tender beef, melted mozzarella cheese and griled onions on a French roll.
The ice cream stand has added an A&W Rootbeer Float to go along with the variety of hard dipped ice cream it already offered.
The RiverHawks are members of the Frontier League, an independent professional baseball league in its 20th season.
