Food Drive Rescheduled for Thursday, July 2nd

IronPigs Charities, with the assistance of the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley, will be hosting a food drive when the IronPigs take on the Rochester Red Wings on Thursday, July 2 at 7:05 p.m. Bring any non-perishable goods and receive a raffle ticket for your chance to win great IronPigs memorabilia and other prizes. All food collected during this one day drive will be distributed to the Second Harvest Food Bank of the Lehigh Valley.

Today, the Second Harvest Food Bank of Lehigh Valley and Northeast Pennsylvania provides food and grocery product to more than 69,000 individuals each month through a network of more than 200 member agencies. For more information, visit shfblv.org.

IronPigs Charities is a non-profit organization striving to provide educational and recreational opportunities for children in the Greater Lehigh Valley area.

This food drive was originally scheduled for Saturday, June 27 but rescheduled due to rain forcing the postponement of that night's IronPigs game.
