Florida Panthers Recall F Vincent Trocheck

SUNRISE, Fla. - Florida Panthers Executive Vice President and General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the club has recalled F Vincent Trocheck from San Antonio (AHL). Additionally, the club has reassigned D Shane O'Brien to San Antonio (AHL).

Trocheck, 21, has appeared in 48 career NHL games, all with Florida. He has recorded four goals and nine assists in 28 games this season (4-9 - 13) while averaging 14:04 TOI.

The Pittsburgh, PA native has recorded 17 points (6-11 - 17) in 21 games with the San Antonio Rampage this season.

O'Brien, 31, has played in 536 career National Hockey League games for Florida (2014-2015), Calgary (2013-2014), Colorado (2011-2013), Nashville (2010-11), Vancouver (2008-2010), Tampa Bay(2007-08) and Anaheim (2006-2007) scoring 13 goals with 79 assists and 916 penalty minutes. He has played in 40 post-season games, registering five points (2-3-5).

The Port Hope, Ontario native has appeared in 33 games with the San Antonio Rampage this season recording eight goals and 11 assists (8-11-19).
