Lake Erie Crushers News Release
Avon, OH - The Lake Erie Crushers were honored by the Frontier League today as five of its players were named to the upcoming 17th Annual Frontier League All Star Game. This year's game will be played at Road Ranger Stadium in Loves Park, Illinois on Wednesday, July 15th at 7:05 P.M.
Four position players will represent Lake Erie in Rockford as third baseman Andrew Davis, outfielders Tim Binkoski and Luke Hetherington, and designated hitter Gordon Gronkowski were all named to the team. Lake Erie also had left-handed starting pitcher Paul Fagan honored as an East Division All-Star. Fagan is currently tied for the league lead in wins with six.
