STOCKTON, Calif. - The Stockton Thunder, the ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Edmonton Oilers and American Hockey League's Springfield Falcons, has announced rookie goaltender Glenn Fisher has been recalled from the Thunder to Springfield and goaltender Rob Laurie has been added to the Thunder roster on an emergency backup basis.
The Edmonton Oilers also added goaltender Jeff Drouin-Deslauriers to the roster on emergency recall from the Springfield Falcons of the American Hockey League.
With the recall of Drouin-Deslauriers, Fisher has been recalled to Springfield from the Thunder. Fisher, who is 5-5-1 with a 3.51 goals-against average, a .893 save percentage and two shutouts in 13 games for Stockton, will join Springfield for its game in Houston tonight.
