Falcons sponsor Western Massachusetts High School Ice Hockey Final Saturday

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today they will sponsor the Western Massachusetts High School Ice Hockey Final on Saturday, March 10 starting at 1:00 PM at the MassMutual Center. Four teams including Westfield, Minnechaug, East Longmeadow and Longmeadow will meet in the semi-finals set to be played on Thursday, March 8 at the Olympia Ice Arena.
This year will mark the sixth anniversary of the Falcons sponsoring the Western MA High School Hockey final, including the second year at the newly renovated MassMutual Center. Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association ticket pricing for the matinee will be $12.00 for adults and $7.00 for students. The winner of the Western MA final will advance to the state semi-final game next week.
The Falcons will follow the Western MA final game when they host the Providence Bruins at 7:05 PM on Saturday, March 10. Springfield will also host the Portland Pirates on Friday, March 9 at 7:35 PM. All games can be heard live on the Falcons Hockey Network, The Zone 640-AM, as "The Voice" of the Falcons John Michael handles the play-by-play duties. All games can also be seen live through the B-2 Network.
