Riley is currently President and General Manager of the Bakersfield Condors, as well as President of the Chandar-owned Las Vegas Wranglers. He also serves as the WCHL's Acting Commissioner.

Riley's role in overseeing the business operations of all three franchises is designed to help create business synergies between the organizations and maximize the fan experience in all three cities. He has also led two franchises in the opening of brand new sports facilities, including the Condors when they moved into their current home, Bakersfield's Centennial Garden. The Falcons will be moving into the Save Mart Center for the 2003-04 season.

"All three franchises will be able to share the experiences and strengths I have, as well as take advantage of the expertise of all the individuals associated with the three clubs," said Riley. "We will be able to share systems in order to maximize our resources.

The native of Keokuk, IA, was previously Executive Director of the Mobile (AL) BayBears Baseball Club for which he helped open Hank Aaron Stadium, as well as General Manager of the Mobile BaySharks and Assistant General Manager of the Chattanooga (TN) Lookouts. Riley is a graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University and earned a masters degree in sports management at the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, AL.
