Dubuc Recalled to Hershey; Rays Sign Boudreau

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays and Head Coach/General Manager Jared Bednar announced today forward Michael Dubuc has been recalled to the Hershey Bears of the AHL. In other news, the team has signed center Ben Boudreau.

Dubuc, 20, is currently in his first professional season after spending the last four years in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), where he collected 112 goals and 94 assists for 206 points in 231 games. This season, the 6-foot-2, 177-pound left winger leads the Stingrays with 18 points (9g, 9a) and 58 shots. This marks the Granby, PQ native's first call-up to the AHL.

Boudreau, son of current Washington Capitals Head Coach and former Mississippi Sea Wolves Head Coach Bruce Boudreau, is in his first year of professional hockey. The 5-foot-10, 170-pound center has played 13 games with the Flint Generals of the International Hockey League scoring two points (1g, 1a) and adding six penalty minutes.

The Rays are back in action in Mississippi over Thanksgiving weekend as the team plays Thursday Nov. 27, Friday Nov. 28, and Saturday Nov.29 at 8 p.m. Listen live on ESPN Radio 910 the Team on Thursday and Saturday and on Sports Radio 1450am on Friday or online all three nights at www.stingrayshockey.com.
