Falcons Acquire Right Winger

FRESNO, CALIF. - The Fresno Falcons announced today the addition of right wing Dan Travis in a trade with the Trenton Devils in exchange for future considerations.
Travis was selected by the Florida Panthers round 5 (#141 overall) in 2003 NHL Entry Draft. Dan split his college career at the University of New Hampshire and Quinnipiac College . He went to the NCAA Tournament in both seasons at University of New Hampshire. Dan signed a tryout agreement with the AHL Worcester Sharks in the pre-season.

The Falcons host the Idaho Steelheads on Friday, November 28, 2008 for an after Thanksgiving game starting at 7:35 p.m. Individual game tickets are on sale at the Selland Arena Box Office and at all Ticketmaster outlets.
