Today's Game: The Dragons (affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) host the TinCaps (affiliate of the San Diego Padres) in the second game of the three-game series. Season Series: Fort Wayne 2, Dayton 2.

Last Game: The Dragons picked up their fifth "walk-off" win of the season last night, scoring the winning run in the bottom of the ninth inning on a two-out RBI single by Didi Gregorius to defeat Fort Wayne 4-3. The Dragons trailed 3-1 when they scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh to tie the game, keyed by an RBI triple by Shane Carlson. Doug Salinas worked three scoreless innings without allowing a base hit to earn the win in relief for Dayton. Carlson had two hits and scored three runs, including the winner. Fort Wayne stranded 11 including the bases loaded in the third and fourth innings and went 2 for 14 with runners in scoring position.

Today's Starting Pitcher: Pedro Villarreal is a 22-year-old native of Dallas, Texas. Villarreal makes his seventh start of the season tonight. His last start was Wednesday at Lake County in a game that was suspended after three innings due to rain (3 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 1 SO). He played at Howard College in Texas and was selected by the Reds in the seventh round of the 2008 draft. Villarreal played last season with the Rookie-level GCL Reds (1-2, 1.47 in five starts) and Advanced-A Sarasota (0-3, 5.46 in nine games with three starts).

Skipper: Todd Benzinger is in his second season with the Dragons and in the Reds organization as a manager in 2010. Benzinger enjoyed a nine-year major league playing career from 1987-1995 with the Reds, Red Sox, Royals, Dodgers, and Giants. Todd is a former first baseman who recorded the final putout of the 1990 World Series with the Reds to complete their four-game sweep of the Oakland A's. Benzinger is a native of the Cincinnati area and currently resides in West Chester, Ohio.
