Rome Emperors News Release
The Rome Braves announced that LHP Brett DeVall has been placed on the disabled list with left elbow inflammation. Tyler Stovall joins the Rome club from Danville. Stovall was the Atlanta Braves' second round selection in the June 2008 draft. He played High School baseball at Hokes Bluff High in Alabama.
