Davis Martin Promoted to White Sox Saturday

(UPTOWN CHARLOTTE, NC) - RHP Davis Martin was added by the Chicago White Sox today to serve as the team's 27th player for the split doubleheader against the Cleveland Guardians. With the White Sox this season, Martin is 1-3 with a 4.67 ERA in six games (three starts) over 27.0 innings pitched.
Martin, 25, has made eight starts with the Knights this season and owns a 3-3 record with a 4.06 ERA over 37.2 innings pitched. He began the 2022 season with Double-A Birmingham and went 2-1 with a 3.00 ERA in five starts with the Barons (24.0 IP).
So far this season, a total of 12 different players have been promoted to Chicago from Charlotte.
