David Broll and Stuart Percy Reassigned to Marlies

The Toronto Marlies announced Wednesday that forward David Broll and defenceman Stuart Percy have been reassigned by the Toronto Maple Leafs to the Marlies.

Broll, 20, joins the Marlies from the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds of the Ontario Hockey League. The 6-3, 235-pound native of Mississauga, Ontario posted 54 points (17 goals, 37 assists) and 77 penalty minutes in 67 regular season with Sault Ste. Marie in 2012-13. Broll made his pro debut with the Marlies on March 24, 2012 against Lake Erie.

Percy, 19, joins the Marlies from the Mississauga Steelheads of the Ontario Hockey League. The 6-1, 193-pound native of Oakville, Ontario appeared in all 68 regular season games with Mississauga this season posting 45 points (13 goals, 32 assists) and 44 penalty minutes. Percy registered an assist in his first pro game on April 15, 2012 against Abbotsford.

The Marlies return to the ice this morning for an 11 a.m. contest with the Lake Erie Monsters, AHL affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche. The game can be seen live on Leafs TV. For all Toronto Marlies ticket inquiries, please call the team's ticket line at 416-597-PUCK (7825).
