Dallas Recalls Gagnon from Texas

Cedar Park, TX - The Dallas Stars announced on Monday that the club has recalled center Aaron Gagnon from the Texas Stars, Dallas' primary affiliate in the American Hockey League (AHL).

Gagnon, 24, has appeared in 24 games for Texas so far this season, scoring seven goals and four assists for 11 points with eight penalty minutes. He has been recalled twice by Dallas this season, appearing in five total NHL games while scoring two assists.

Gagnon signed as a free agent with Dallas on February 2, 2007.

The Stars remain on the road to face the Oklahoma City Barons on Tuesday, December 28th at 7:05 PM. Texas will also make two stops in Abbotsford and one in San Antonio on the five-game road swing. The Stars return home to take on the Lake Erie Monsters on Saturday, January 8th at 7:00 PM. The first 2,500 fans will receive a Texas Stars window decal.
