
Cyclones, Gwinnett Complete Deal For Mike McLean

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Montreal Canadiens and Nashville Predators, announced this afternoon they have completed a transaction with the Gwinnett Gladiators.
The Cyclones and their AHL affiliate, the Milwaukee Admirals have agreed to re-assign the rights to forward Mike McLean to the Gwinnet Gladiators. In return, the Gladiators will send future considerations to Cincinnati.
McLean has played in 31 games for the Cyclones this season, netting ten goals and eleven assists for 21 points. The third-year native of Oshawa, ON has played previously in the ECHL with Elmira, Florida and Dayton. During these four AA stops, Mike has amassed 137 games with 36 goals, 55 assists and 91 points. He has also played with Lake Erie and Milwaukee in the AHL. With those teams, he has seen action in 31 games with four goals and eight assists for twelve points.
The Cyclones host the defending Kelly Cup champion South Carolina Stingrays tonight at 7:30pm. The game will feature Bill Cunningham bobbleheads to the first 2500 fans through the gates. The contest will be carried on 1530 Homer - The Sports Animal with the pregame show airing at 7pm.
