Tonight's Matchup: After falling to South Carolina on Tuesday night, the Cyclones continue their three-game swing through the South as they reunite with the Greenville Road Warriors for the first time since last spring's Eastern Conference Finals. Like last year's postseason match-up, the all-time series between these two non-division foes has been extremely close; Cincinnati has earned a 7-6-0-2 record all-time against the Road Warriors.

Scouting the Road Warriors: Dean Stork's club has collected three consecutive wins and now ranks third in the seven-team East Division with a record of 13-9-0. While they're known as the Road Warriors, they've been extremely tough to beat on their home ice with a 6-1 mark at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. With former Cyclone Vinny Saponari in the AHL, Michael St. Croix is now their active leader in scoring, with 13 points (2g, 11a) in 15 games. Goaltender Jeff Malcolm has also been called up to the AHL this week, leaving six-foot-eight Jason Missiaen as the to go-to guy between the pipes for Greenville. So far this year, he's gone 2-4-0 with a 4.15 goals-against average. average.

Last Time Out: An offensive first period proved to be just enough for the Stingrays to get past the Cyclones by a 3-1 final score in front of 2,813 at North Charleston Coliseum on Tuesday night. Josh Shalla earned an assist in the tilt, giving him points in four of his last five games.

Three or Below: Cincinnati has been nearly automatic when they've held their opponents to three goals or less this season. In such situations, the Cyclones have earned a stellar 7-1-0-1 record.
