Crunch Announce First-Round Playoff Schedule

Syracuse, NY (April 15, 2012) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today the club will play the St. John's IceCaps in the first-round of the Calder Cup Playoffs. The best-of-five series will begin at the War Memorial Arena on Friday, April 20, 2012.

The Crunch's Eastern Conference Quarter final series schedule is as follows:

Friday, April 20 - 7:30 p.m. (War Memorial)

Saturday, April 21 - 7:30 p.m. (War Memorial)

Wednesday, April 25 - 6:00 p.m. (Mile One Centre)

Friday, April 27 - 6:00 p.m. (Mile One Centre) (if necessary)

Saturday, April 28 - 6:00 p.m. (Mile One Centre) (if necessary)

(all times listed are Eastern Standard Time)

Tickets for the April 20 (Game A) and April 21 (Game B) home games will go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday, April 16.

Tickets that are labeled round 1 game A are to be used for the Syracuse Crunch home on April 20, 2012 and tickets that are labeled round 1 game B are to be used for the home game on April 21, 2012. Ticket prices are $19, $17 and $15 (day of game prices are $21, $19 and $17). Group discounts are available by calling the Crunch office.

Tickets can be purchased either in person at the Crunch Box Office located at the War Memorial on 800 South State Street in Syracuse, or by calling the office at (315) 473- 4444.
