
Coyotes Recall Summers from San Antonio

GLENDALE, ARIZONA --- Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have recalled defenseman Chris Summers on an emergency basis from the San Antonio Rampage, the Coyotes American Hockey League affiliate.
The 6-foot-2, 180-pound Summers has played in two games with the Coyotes this season collecting four penalty minutes. In 58 games with the Rampage, the 23-year-old native of Ann Arbor, Michigan has recorded 1-7-8 and 52 penalty minutes.
Summers was drafted by the Coyotes in the first round (29th overall) in the 2006 Entry Draft.
