One of the biggest traditions in all of hockey will continue tonight, as the Kalamazoo Wings host the South Carolina Stingrays during the 30th Annual "World Famous" St. Patrick's Day Green Ice Game, presented by 5/3 Bank, WWMT and WRKR. On the season, Kalamazoo is 3-2-0-0 versus South Carolina.
Watching their 16-game unbeaten streak (13-0-0-3) come to an end with a 5-3 loss to the Wheeling Nailers on Sunday, the K-Wings are looking to get back to their winning ways in game three of their four-game home stand.
Winless in their last five games (0-4-0-1), South Carolina enters tonight looking to snap their longest winless streak of the season. With 71 points, the Stingrays are in second place in the South Division, three points ahead of the third place Florida Everblades.

Roster Moves
Earlier today, the K-Wings made several roster moves. Defenseman Wes O'Neill has been activated off the IR, goaltender Riley Gill and defenseman Steven Tarasuk have been return from the stints in the AHL and the defenseman Corey Syvret has been placed on the 3-Day IR.
No "De-Nie"ing It
Goaltender Ryan Nie has been red-hot. Nie, who leads the league in victories (27) and saves (1,408), has won his last seven games and is 10-0-0-1 in his last 11 appearances.
Eight Isn't Enough
Forward Andrew Fournier has been on a scoring tear. Fournier is currently on an eight-game point streak.
