
Stingrays Add Chase Langeraap

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays and Head Coach/Director of Hockey Operations Cail MacLean announced today that forward Chase Langerapp has signed with the team. In keeping with club policy, terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Langeraap, 23, joins the Stingrays after completing a four-year career with the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. While with the Minutemen, the Cayuga, ON native netted 17 goals and 27 assists for 44 points in 107 games. Before jumping to the NCAA, Langeraap skated for two seasons in the OPJHL with the Oakville Blades and Milton Icehawks recording 111 points (60g, 51a) in 98 contests.
The Stingrays kick off a three-game road trip tonight, Thursday, March 17 at 7:00 p.m. against the Kalamazoo Wings at Wings Stadium.
