Countdown to Face-Off: Kalamazoo Wings at Greenville Road Warriors Game Four

It will be a pivotal game four of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals, as the Kalamazoo Wings take on the Greenville Road Warriors. Kalamazoo trails the best-of-seven series two games to one. The K-Wings lost on Wednesday night 2-1 in overtime.

Nick Sirota forced overtime netting the lone goal for Kalamazoo with 4:23 remaining in regulation. Joel Martin was settler between the pipes for the K-Wings, turning aside 36 shots in the loss. Game three was the first time in the series that the K-Wings were outshot (38-36).

Greenville jumped ahead in the series thanks in part to Sean Berkstresser. The forward netted the game-winner 1:59 into the extra session. For the third straight game, Jason Missiaen was outstanding. The goaltender made 35 saves in the victory.
